All orders over $75 ship free within the United States. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate of $7.95.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and US territories.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package through the carrier's website.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building management first. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Some heavier outerwear items may require additional processing time. This will be noted on the product page if applicable.
